About Autonomy Care
Autonomy Care is software for Australian NDIS providers, made by Autonomy Ops. It brings rostering, care records, billing, NDIA claims, quality and reporting into one place. We build only for the NDIS, so the product follows the way providers are funded, audited and paid, rather than a general care model.
Who makes Autonomy Care?
Autonomy Ops, an Australian business (ABN 29 322 442 390). The business name is registered with ASIC.
We're a small team. Between us we cover product design, software engineering, research into NDIS and award rules, and helping providers set up and get support. We don't name individual team members on this site.
We're based in Melbourne, at 19 Coliban Rd, Werribee VIC 3030. Email [email protected].
Why only the NDIS?
Providers are funded, audited and paid under NDIS rules. Building for one scheme lets the product follow those rules closely.
The daily work of an NDIS provider is often spread across several systems: the roster in one place, progress notes and incidents in another, pay in a spreadsheet and claims in the NDIA's portal. Every hand-off between them is a chance to type something again and get it wrong.
Autonomy Care is built only for Australian NDIS providers, so rostering, progress notes, incidents, SCHADS pay and NDIA claims share one record. A shift becomes a timesheet, pay lines and a claim line without being typed again, and each step is checked against fixed, written rules, such as price limits, plan dates, worker screening and award conditions, before it goes further.
