Can staff swap shifts?
Yes. Staff ask for a swap in the app and a coordinator approves it.
Billing and claims
Does Autonomy Care submit claims to the NDIA?
No. It builds the bulk payment request file, which you upload in the myplace provider portal.
Getting started
How do we get started?
Choose Get started and send your organisation's details and ABN. We review each application and email you when your account is ready. Our team also helps you move participants, workers and service agreements over from spreadsheets or other software.
Is Autonomy Care only for NDIS providers?
Yes. It is built only for NDIS providers in Australia.
