Solutions
Autonomy Care grouped by the outcome you need, from rostering and service delivery to billing, compliance and reporting.
NDIS claim checks before submission
Before a claim goes to the NDIA, Autonomy Care checks each line against the participant's price limits and plan budget. For NDIA-managed participants it builds the bulk payment request file to upload in the myplace provider portal, and it matches the remittance when the payment comes back, so rejected lines are easy to find and resubmit.
NDIS incident reporting and Commission deadlines
Registered providers must manage incidents and notify the NDIS Commission of reportable incidents within set timeframes. Autonomy Care walks workers through a report that starts with safety, tells the on-call coordinator about 24-hour categories, tracks Commission deadlines with alerts, and will not close an incident until the required steps are recorded.
SCHADS pay checks for NDIS rosters
Autonomy Care calculates timesheet pay under the SCHADS Award (MA000100) for the disability and home care streams. It covers weekend and public holiday rates, overtime, shift loadings, minimum engagement, broken shifts and sleepovers, flags cases for a person to decide, and exports pay runs to payroll. Have a payroll specialist check your setup before the first pay run.
SIL house rostering and handovers
SIL house rostering and handovers in Autonomy Care keep each house, its residents and its house lead in one place. The house roster is built from a template, staffing gaps show when residents are home with nobody rostered, shared support time is split across residents for billing, and handovers let the next worker see what happened on the last shift.
Billing and NDIA claims
Billing and NDIA claims in Autonomy Care follow a support from the roster to the remittance. Delivered supports become invoices or claim lines, lines are checked against price limits and plan budgets, and the bulk payment request file is ready to upload. Rejected lines are easy to find, correct and resubmit.
Rostering and service delivery
Autonomy Care connects the roster, the shift and the record of what happened. Coordinators build rosters and fill gaps, support workers clock in and write progress notes on shift, and the approved hours flow to timesheets and billing. Everyone works from the same shift record, so the office sees what was delivered without chasing paperwork.
