Using the website
You can use this website to learn about Autonomy Care, use the free tools, apply to use Autonomy Care and contact us. Please don't misuse it, try to get around its security, or send false information.
General information, not advice
Our guides, glossary, calculators and templates are general information. They aren't legal, financial, payroll or clinical advice. NDIS rules and prices change, so check official sources such as ndis.gov.au and ndiscommission.gov.au before you rely on them. Calculator results are estimates, not promises.
Free templates and tools
You can use and adapt our templates in your own organisation. Please don't sell them. Check that a template suits your situation before you use it.

We link to other websites, such as government pages, because they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they say.
Our responsibility
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for loss caused by relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What happens to your organisation's data in Autonomy Care?
This is a plain-English summary of how data export, return and deletion work for organisations that use the Autonomy Care product.
- While you're a customer. Your organisation's data is yours. Admins can export it at any time: registers such as participants, staff, incidents, complaints, feedback, timesheets and leave as CSV, invoices as PDF, a participant's completed forms as a ZIP of PDFs, and everything held about one participant or staff member in a single download.
- When your subscription ends. You keep read-only access for 30 days so you can export what you need. If you ask during that time, we'll send you a copy of your data in common formats, such as CSV and PDF.
- After that. We delete your organisation's data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. Any copies in backups are deleted as those backups expire.
- Your own records. You stay responsible for keeping the records the NDIS rules require for as long as they require, such as 7 years for incident and complaint records. Export them before you leave.
- No exit fee. There's no fee to leave, to export your data or for the copy we send when you leave.
The full customer agreement your organisation signs with us governs. If anything in this summary differs from it, the agreement applies.
