NDIS billing and claims

NDIS billing software turns delivered supports into invoices and NDIA claims. Autonomy Care invoices plan- and self-managed participants and builds the bulk payment request file for NDIA-managed participants, which you upload in the myplace provider portal. It checks lines against price limits first, then matches the remittance.

Part of Billing and NDIA claims. Used by Small providers.

Does Autonomy Care submit claims to the NDIA for me?

No. It builds the bulk payment request file. You upload it in the myplace provider portal, then match the remittance in Autonomy Care.

What this does and doesn't do

It does

  • Builds bulk payment request files from approved supports.
  • Checks lines against price limits before you export.

It doesn't

  • Submit claims to the NDIA directly.
  • Give financial or tax advice.

How it works

  1. Approve delivered supports

Approved timesheets and recorded supports become billable lines.

  2. Check before you claim

Lines are checked against the current price limits and the participant's plan.

  3. Export and upload

Download the bulk payment request file and upload it in the myplace provider portal.

  4. Reconcile

Match the remittance, then correct and resubmit any rejected lines.

Who uses it

  • Finance staff

  • Coordinators
