Connect your accounting, payroll and CRM tools
Integrations connect Autonomy Care to Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot and Employment Hero Payroll. Invoices and customers go to your accounting system with payment status read back, approved SCHADS hours go to payroll, and plan managers and support coordinators go to HubSpot. Connections use OAuth, with a sync log and automatic retries.

What does each integration send?
Xero and MYOB: invoices, contacts, payment status, and approved timesheets to payroll. QuickBooks Online: invoices, customers and payment status (no payroll). Employment Hero Payroll: approved hours and paid leave. HubSpot: plan managers, support coordinators and organisations, with participants only if you opt in.
Is any clinical information sent to HubSpot?
No. HubSpot receives contacts and organisations. Participants are only sent if you opt in, and nothing clinical is sent.
Which integrations are available now?
Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Employment Hero Payroll and HubSpot. Autonomy Care holds its own developer app with each company, so you don't need to create one: an admin connects each system once, in Settings, then Integrations.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Xero connection include payroll?
Yes. Approved SCHADS timesheets can be sent to Xero Payroll AU, as well as invoices to Xero accounting.
Can QuickBooks receive payroll?
No. The QuickBooks Online connection covers invoices, customers and payment status only. It is for Australian QuickBooks companies.
Is there a Google Calendar integration?
Workers can subscribe to their shifts with a private calendar link that works with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. It isn't a two-way calendar integration.
Can we connect a system that isn't listed?
The public API and webhooks add-on lets your developers or tools like Zapier connect other systems.

Sign in to the other system from Settings and approve access. Tokens are stored encrypted.
Map
Choose how cost centres, accounts and tracking categories line up.
Sync
Invoices, contacts or payroll hours are sent, and payment status is read back from accounting systems.
Check the log
A sync log shows each attempt, and failed syncs retry automatically.

Public API and webhooks
The public API and webhooks let your developers connect Autonomy Care to other systems, such as BI tools, plan managers or Zapier. It is a REST API documented in OpenAPI, with scoped API keys, rate limits and idempotent writes, plus signed webhooks for events like a shift being created or an invoice being paid. It is an add-on.
Billing and NDIA claims
NDIS billing software turns delivered supports into invoices and NDIA claims. Autonomy Care emails invoices to plan managers and self-managed participants, and builds the bulk payment request file you upload in the myplace provider portal. It checks lines against price limits first, then matches the remittance so rejected lines can be fixed and claimed again.
Payroll and the SCHADS Award
Autonomy Care calculates timesheet pay under the SCHADS Award (MA000100) for the disability and home care streams. It covers weekend and public holiday rates, overtime, shift loadings, minimum engagement, broken shifts and sleepovers, flags cases for a person to decide, and exports pay runs to payroll.
