Frequently asked questions
Who can apply to use Autonomy Care?
Australian organisations with an ABN that support NDIS participants. Registered providers and organisations that aren't registered yet can both apply.
Do I need to be a registered NDIS provider?
No. Choose "Not registered yet" on the form. If you are registered, you can add your registration number now or later.
How long does the review take?
Usually two business days. We reply by email either way.
Does it cost anything to apply?
There's nothing to pay when you apply. Sending an application doesn't create an account or commit you to anything.
What information do you collect, and why?
Your organisation's name, ABN, state and NDIS registration, and your name and email. A phone number, team size and a note are optional. We use them only to review your application and set up your account. Your state sets your account's time zone.
How do I update a declined application?
The email that tells you why has a link to update your answers and send them again. The link works once, for 30 days. If an application isn't updated, we delete it 90 days after we decline it.
