Solution

Rostering and service delivery

Autonomy Care connects the roster, the shift and the record of what happened. Coordinators build rosters and fill gaps, support workers clock in and write progress notes on shift, and the approved hours flow to timesheets and billing. Everyone works from the same shift record, so the office sees what was delivered without chasing paperwork.

What this fixes

Every delivered support is rostered, recorded and ready to bill.

  • Rosters live in a spreadsheet that only one person can safely edit.
  • Shift notes arrive days later, or not at all.
  • Hours are re-typed into payroll and again into claims.
