How to lodge an NDIS bulk payment request
By Autonomy Care team. Published . Updated . 6 minute read.
A bulk payment request is a CSV file, one row per support line, uploaded in the myplace provider portal to claim for NDIA-managed participants. Each row needs the registration number, NDIS number, dates, support item, quantity or hours, unit price, GST code and a unique claim reference.
When do you use hours rather than quantity?
Use hours for supports priced by the hour and quantity for items priced per unit. A price limit is checked against the unit price. Fill in Quantity or Hours on each row, not both, and enter hours as hours and minutes.
Each support item is checked against its price limit before the file is built. Rejected lines come back on the remittance.
