NDIS price limits are the most a provider can claim for a support item from NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants, with higher limits in remote and very remote areas. Search the current support catalogue by item number or name, and check the date each set of prices took effect.

Is this the official NDIS price guide?
No. It shows the price limits loaded from the NDIA's support catalogue, with the date they took effect. Autonomy Care is not affiliated with the NDIA. Check the NDIA's published pricing arrangements before you claim.
Can I charge less than the price limit?
Yes. A price limit is the most you can charge. You and the participant can agree a lower price.
What is a support item number?
The code the NDIA gives each support, for example 01_011_0107_1_1. The first part is the support category and the middle part is the registration group. You use the number on invoices and in bulk payment requests.
Why does an item show prices that vary by state?
A few items have different limits in some states or territories. Open "Varies by state" under the national price to see each one.
Why do some items say "No limit" or "Quote needed"?
Some supports have no fixed price limit and are agreed by quote. The table marks them so you know to check the quote, not a price.
